Paulette S. Haynes, B.Soc.Sc. LL.B.
A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, Ms. Haynes was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1994, at which time she started her own boutique practice, Haynes Law Firm.
With her team, Haynes Law Firm provides legal representation in the areas of employment law and civil litigation, delivering professional and personable legal services to both employee and employer clients in a wide array of employment matters. The Haynes Law team also represents clients in a diverse range of litigation cases.
Ms. Haynes has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and various administrative tribunals. She has spoken at a number of conferences and written articles on a variety of employment law subjects. She is the author of the book entitled, Human Resources Guide to Non-Standard Employment. For several years, she taught the Employment and Labour Law course at Ryerson University. Ms. Haynes is currently an Adjunct Legal Studies Professor at Seneca College.
